The original Cedar Chest consignment shop opened in 1980 in Clinton, CT. From humble beginnings as a small simple consignment shop, The Cedar Chest has been recognized as one of the best consignment shops in the state and has been featured in Connecticut Magazine as well as the New Haven Advocate and other publications.The Cedar Chest Family Consignments opened in March 2015 in Old Saybrook, CT. It offers women's and men's clothing, housewares, home decor, jewelry and furniture consignments of all kinds.
Today The Cedar Chest is known as The Cedar Chest Consignments. It's location in Old Saybrook, CT is perfectly placed along Rt-1 allowing for easy shopping for all customers!
